Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO
Location: Santacruz, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to the CEO in managing day-to-day operations.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic & international).
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
• Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and follow up on project updates, MIS reports, and deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion at all times.
• Support the CEO in strategic initiatives, client interactions, and business reviews.
• Oversee office administration related to CEO’s office to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure with attention to detail.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates from Real Estate background only.
• Strong understanding of real estate operations, terminology, and documentation.

Experience Required

• 7 to 8 years of relevant experience as an EA / Executive Coordinator / Personal Assistant.
• Female candidates only will be considered for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
