Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities (Only Females applied)

• Calendar & Schedule Management
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel .
• Prioritize and optimize meetings and calls aligned with CEO priorities
• Communication & Correspondence
• Screen, draft, and respond to high-priority emails/calls.
• Manage internal/external stakeholder relations on behalf of the CEO .
• Meeting & Event Support
• Prepare detailed agendas, briefing materials, and presentations
• Attend meetings, take minutes, summarize action items, and track follow-ups .
• Project Management & Research
• Conduct research and prepare reports on market trends, competitors, and strategic topics Pearl Talent.
• Handle expense reports, budgets, office supplies, and vendor coordination
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the executive office.
• Discretion & Confidentiality
• Manage highly sensitive information with professional discretion

Qualifications

• Experience & Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Executive Assistant .
• 3-5+ years in an EA role .
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendar tools.
• Core Competencies
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills .
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time-management .
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure .
