Job Description

  • Calendar Management:
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the managing director.
  • Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Communication:
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
  • Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the managing director.
  • Travel Arrangements:
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
  • Meeting Support:
  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes.
  • Ensure that necessary materials and information are available for meetings.
  • Information Management:
  • Manage and organize documents, files, and information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Task Delegation:
  • Delegate tasks to appropriate staff members on behalf of the managing director.
  • Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure completion.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Anticipate and identify potential issues, and proactively address them.
  • Solve problems independently and make decisions on behalf of the managing director when necessary.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve project goals.
  • Prioritization:
  • Help the managing director prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the managing director.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts.
  • Research:
  • Conduct research on various topics as needed by the managing director.
  • Summarize findings and provide relevant information.
  • Financial Administration:
  • Assist in budget management and expense tracking.
  • Process expense reports and invoices.
  • Professional Development:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Attend relevant conferences or training sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
