Act as the single point of contact for general communications with the reporting manager.
Plan, organize, and schedule meetings, including preparation of agendas and follow-ups.
Manage travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and ensure timely coordination.
Screen visitors, manage calls, and maintain visitor records.
Prioritize and manage emails, draft professional responses, and handle correspondence.
Provide complete administrative and clerical support to the reporting manager.
Maintain and organize various records, files, and documents.
Use technical tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) efficiently.
Prepare reports, presentations, and expense statements.
Act as a virtual assistant when required.
Basic knowledge of the stock market will be an added advantage.
Graduate / Post Graduate (Diploma, MBA, M.Com preferred).
3-5 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English.
Advanced email management skills, including drafting, organizing, and responding to correspondence effectively.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
