Executive Assistant

As a Client Coordinator in our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and updating Excel-based order sheets daily, tracking order progress, and providing timely updates to clients. You will be responsible for accurate data entry of client details, order specifics, and delivery timelines. Additionally, resolving client queries with a proactive and service-oriented approach, as well as assisting the sales and production teams with effective communication flow will be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data sorting, and basic pivot tables. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. A basic understanding of the textile/fabric industry would be advantageous. Attention to detail and effective time management skills are also key requirements for this position. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in client coordination or order processing. However, freshers with strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields is required for this role. The salary offered will be as per industry standards and commensurate with experience.
