The Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert on the financial modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will be responsible for gathering client financial requirements, configuring and implementing D365 F&O financial modules, designing financial processes, and providing guidance to clients on financial system best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of financial accounting knowledge and technical expertise in D365 F&O. You will work with the client team to understand the requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Finance users and assist with system configuration and customization to meet business needs. Conducting user training sessions, developing training materials, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems will also be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring system performance, resolving any issues, documenting configurations, customizations, and technical specifications will be essential tasks. You will also assist in project management tasks related to Dynamics 365 Finance implementations, identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements, and be flexible to work as per client time zones (Europe, US). Qualifications for this role include 5-10 years of experience working with D365 or/and AX versions, CA/MBA/Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field. You should have proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, a strong understanding of financial principles and processes, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and presentation skills, and experience working with US/UK/Australia clients is an advantage. Project management experience and certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance are also advantageous. Your skills should include understanding finance and tax cycle from end users of the company and improving the process, report generation and mapping accounts, creating Chart of Accounts (COA) structure, data sorting and migration, enhancement and development in system reports, additional customization for new processes, support in integration process, and user training and support.,
