Position Overview:

Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar and schedule management for the CEO
Drafting emails, coordinating calls, and handling correspondence
Organizing internal meetings, travel, and logistics
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in sensitive matters
Supporting with day-to-day tasks and business operations
Coordinating with teams and following up on tasks as directed

Requirements:

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized, punctual, and reliable
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and basic office tools
Prior experience as an assistant or coordinator is a plus
