Job Description

This role combines Executive Assistance and Operations functions to support the Director and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The position requires strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to help drive efficiency and business success across departments. Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistant Role  • Support the Director in daily business and administrative activities.  • Coordinate directly with customers on sales, delivery, quality, and payment matters.  • Manage documentation, visas, travel, and financial coordination tasks.  • Act as a single point of contact between the Director and internal teams.  • Organize meetings, schedules, and communication flow.  • Support HR tasks including recruitment coordination and team communication.  • Represent the Director or act as proxy when needed.   Operations & Business Coordination  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely coordination between departments.  • Manage / Track deliveries, imports, and ensure timely execution of orders.  • Step in as a backup for CRM or Accounts during staff absence.  • Monitor process performance and highlight potential bottlenecks.  • Drive process improvements and maintain inter-team communication.  • To manage cash accounts and balances of specific customers/ team members/ personal who are directly under purview of Director Skills & Competencies:  • Strong knowledge of business operations and basic accounting.  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  • Ability to manage customer escalations professionally.  • Quick thinker with strong analytical and organizational abilities.  • High ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace / ERP tools (Tally preferred).
