This role combines Executive Assistance and Operations functions to support the Director and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The position requires strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to help drive efficiency and business success across departments. Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistant Role • Support the Director in daily business and administrative activities. • Coordinate directly with customers on sales, delivery, quality, and payment matters. • Manage documentation, visas, travel, and financial coordination tasks. • Act as a single point of contact between the Director and internal teams. • Organize meetings, schedules, and communication flow. • Support HR tasks including recruitment coordination and team communication. • Represent the Director or act as proxy when needed.
