Summary

About the role:Provide administrative support and purchasing expertise to ensure the timely provision of services for effective and efficient maintenance.

About The Role

Key Requirements:

  • Administrative Support: Independently manage complex administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to departmental strategic planning initiatives and process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact, advising and supporting internal teams and external associates on departmental processes and services.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Tailor support to meet specific customer needs and expectations.
  • Process Optimization: Initiate and coordinate the implementation of new or revised work processes within the area of responsibility.
  • Project Coordination: Lead or support administrative projects, including design, planning, execution, and communication.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide temporary staff or apprentices and support limited project management activities.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with service vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Emergency Support: Provide 24/7 emergency call support and on-site attendance as required.
  • Operational Ownership: Demonstrate flexibility and accountability in managing overall operations.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven ability to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Strong focus on performance quality, cost control, and asset lifecycle management.

Desirable Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent educational background.
