Job Description: We are seeking for an Executive Assistant with a keen eye for detail, demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate should excel in managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks efficiently. Multitasking capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting are crucial. Responsibilities: Manage the CEO's schedule, including fixing meetings, organizing appointments, and prioritizing tasks effectively. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings alongside the CEO, and accurately record minutes. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested by the CEO. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, filing documents, and handling correspondence. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
