Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Agra. The Executive Assistant will oversee executive administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and prepare expense reports. Responsibilities also include maintaining effective communication, providing high-level executive support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance tasks
Experience in handling Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a professional setting
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office or other relevant software tools is beneficial
