Job Description

As an Executive Assistant at Meenaar Global Consultants LLP, you will play a crucial role in supporting high-value projects, business operations, and client engagements. Your responsibilities will go beyond traditional administration, as you will act as a strategic enabler for leadership, ensuring smooth operations, timely follow-ups, and professional representation of the management office. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist management in overseeing business operations, client deliverables, and project progress. - Draft, review, and coordinate management communications in alignment with company objectives. - Manage leadership calendars, travel schedules, and stakeholder interactions. - Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for internal reviews, client meetings, and project discussions. - Track action items across projects, ensuring timely follow-up and closure. - Support tender submissions, proposal documentation, and background research for EPCM/inspection projects. - Supervise office administration, vendor coordination, and documentation management. - Maintain compliance-related records, inspection reports, and operational files for leadership review. - Collaborate with finance, HR, and project teams to gather data for leadership decisions. - Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and dashboards for management and client reporting. - Act as a central coordination point between leadership and functional teams. **Qualifications & Skills Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in EPCM, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or consulting industries. - Strong organizational and project coordination skills with multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Professionalism, discretion, and ability to work independently under pressure. **What We Offer:** - Direct exposure to leadership decision-making in a global EPCM & inspection consultancy. - Opportunity to work at the intersection of project execution, client relations, and business strategy. - Competitive compensation and statutory benefits as per Indian labor laws.
