Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Founders Office to work closely with the Strategy and Business Operations Team and directly support the Group Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This high-exposure role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly across multiple functions.

The role will provide significant opportunities to interact with senior leadership, industry leaders, and government officials, making it ideal for someone aspiring to build a career in strategy, operations, and leadership management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Strategy and Business Operations Team in day-to-day priorities, inter-department coordination, and task management.

• Capture, document, and circulate minutes of meetings with clearly defined action items and timelines.

• Manage and schedule meetings for the CSO, ensuring optimal time and priority management.

• Handle travel, ticketing, logistics, and hospitality arrangements for leadership, guests, government officials, and industry leaders.

• Maintain and update daily reporting trackers to provide timely visibility to leadership.

• Support in approvals management and daily attendance tracking.

• Draft letters, official communications, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate effectively with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of leadership directives.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.

• Prior experience in business operations, executive assistance, strategy support, or coordination roles is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English required).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
