Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Meerut for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, and organizing meetings and travel arrangements. The role involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating communication within the team, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
• Proven experience in Executive Support and handling confidential information
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management
• Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field is considered an advantage
