What You’ll Do?

As the Executive Assistant Manager

  • Drive 

    operational excellence

     across Rooms Division / Food and Beverage, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Partner with the 

    General Manager

     to achieve financial goals, optimize resources, and boost profitability.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of engagement and service excellence.
  • Champion 

    guest satisfaction

     by elevating service standards and driving NPS outcomes.
  • Ensure 

    audit readiness, compliance

    , and adherence to brand standards.
  • Oversee 

    events, functions, and conferences

     with precision and creativity.
  • Innovate to deliver memorable guest experiences and continuously enhance operational performance.


Who You Are?

  • Currently serving as a 

    Head of Department

     in Rooms Division / Food and Beverage operations.
  • Hold a 

    Bachelor’s degree

     in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have a 

    performance rating of 4 or above

     in your current role.
  • Possess strong financial acumen, leadership capability, and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to take ownership of a resort in the near future.
