We are looking for a proactive, confident, and highly organized Intern to support the Founder’s Office in daily operations, client management, and member engagement. The role involves handling communication, attending meetings, managing membership activities, and ensuring smooth operational functioning. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating daily operations and administrative tasks . Attend 3–4 in-person meetings per month with the leadership team. Manage client and member communication , ensuring timely responses and relationship building. Handle membership operations including onboarding, renewals, tracking, and follow-ups. Maintain and manage WhatsApp communication channels —groups, broadcasts, reminders, and updates. Oversee office correspondence , documentation, and email communication. Maintain basic finance and admin records such as invoices, payments, and updates. Stay in continuous contact with members for engagement and support. Identify, approach, and invite potential members for meetings and events. Assist in planning and coordinating trainings, workshops, and networking sessions . Maintain updated records, sheets, and reports for operations and membership data. Support the Founder’s Office in task execution, follow-ups, and maintaining smooth workflow.
