Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Support professional to assist and expand our Deal Flow operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth daily operations, effective coordination, and seamless communication across teams and stakeholders.

• Oversee and execute day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Support Deal Flow processes to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Liaise between internal teams, investors, and external partners to ensure alignment.
• Maintain records and databases with high accuracy.
