- Calendar Management: Manage the CMD's schedule, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Correspondence: Prepare and draft correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, on behalf of the CMD.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Expense Management: Manage the CMD's expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve problems, ensuring seamless operation of the office.
*Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a senior-level executive.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
