The Asia Group is now accepting applications for an Executive Assistant & Office Administrator with a proven track record to support the head of the India practice and team members within our New Delhi office, with an expected start date in mid-September.This is a
6-month, fixed term contract role
with the possibility of further extension or conversion to a full-time permanent role subject to performance.Working in a fast-paced and close-knit team environment, your role will involve extensive organizational and multi-tasking abilities ranging from diary management, logistics planning and support for the Partner including arranging both internal and external meetings, face to face and virtual. You will be expected to coordinate frequent international travel, including accommodation, visas, meeting rooms and restaurant coordination. Your role will also require regular interaction with other assistants (both internal and external companies and clients) including the coordination of conference and video calls with our international stakeholders, while managing different time zones.A high degree of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail will be invaluable for this role. You will be required to competently manage the Partner’s emails, arrange paperwork and board level documents for meetings. You will also oversee compilation of out-of-pocket expenses and completion of expense claims.Successful candidates will also have experience in general office management duties which include - raising purchase orders, handle invoices and event management.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to

- Diary management and arrangement of external meetings, both in-person and virtual, coordinating across multiple different time zones
- Coordination of domestic and international travel, including accommodation, visas, meeting rooms and restaurant coordination.
- Answering mainline calls in a polite and professional manner
- Management of Partner’s inbox,
- Compiling the Partner’s of out-of-pocket expenses and completion of expense claims.
- General secretarial support
- Raise purchase orders, handle invoices and assist with the approval of invoices, and record contacts, client meetings and meeting notes
- May perform other special projects or duties according to business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- College degree (BA, BS, etc.) or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong attention to detail and customer service;
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and multi-task;
- Self-starter and ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; and,
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of administrative, office management, or event support experience; and,
- BA or equivalent academic/practical experience supporting a Senior Executive

Candidates must be eligible to work in India. Candidate would be expected to work in-person at the TAG office in New Delhi five days a week.
