Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Manage executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other confidential documents.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for paper and electronic documents.
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on action points.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and clients or employees.


Key Requirements

:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
