The Executive Assistant to the CTO is a strong team player with experience supporting C-suite executives in an entrepreneurial or start-up environment. WHAT you'll DO:
- Work closely with the CTO and first assistant to help manage an ever-changing calendar.
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans.
- Track expenses and compile expense reports for the CTO using Concur.
- Maintain a highly organized system to help manage important correspondence and sustain an efficient internal workflow.
- Act as the glue between clients, partners, vendors, and internal associates, keeping important initiatives on track and communication streamlined.
- Conduct appropriate research, prioritization and follow ups on incoming and upcoming tasks, and determine appropriate course of action.
- Suggest and implement ways to improve processes to help workflow efficiency.
- Develop plans and help manage events such as team building off-sites, workshops and board meetings.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed.
WHAT you'll NEED:
- Minimum of 3+ years professional experience with experience supporting a C-level executive.
- College degree required.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal, as we'll a professional presence to liaise with other executives, clients, partners, and colleagues at all levels.
- Positive and forward-thinking attitude; actively seeking solutions and opportunities, unafraid to ask questions and propose change.
- Computer Skills - Efficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe, Slack, Concur and the ability to troubleshoot.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-initiative.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
