Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mira Bhayandar for an Executive Assistant Human Resources Manager. The role involves managing daily HR-related operations, providing executive support, handling administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and assisting in HR projects. The role also requires conducting employee onboarding, managing employee records, handling employee queries, providing support during recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources management and executive support
• Administrative skills including scheduling and meeting coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in handling recruitment processes and employee onboarding
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
