Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Market Research Business Development Manager located in Mumbai at Field&Fact. The role involves developing new business opportunities, creating business plans, conducting market research, managing client accounts, and fostering effective communication within the team and with clients.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of business development success
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Research, or related field


Objectives of this role

• Development of new business opportunities

• Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets


Responsibilities

• Generate new leads via cold call, email, and web meetings

• Identify and contact decision-makers and screen potential business opportunities

• Addressing prospect/client’s queries via cold call, email, and web meetings

• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers


Skills and qualifications

• Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent presentation skills

• Experience in sales techniques

• Should be flexible to work in prospective client’s working hours (mostly European shift)
