Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Capital Placement Services. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to senior management and other teams as needed.
Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings with precision.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Discretion is essential when handling confidential information.
