About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Executive Support:

    Manage calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and organize daily workflows for the Founder.
  • Communication Management:

    Screen, draft, and manage emails and messages; ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Travel Coordination:

    Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and on-the-go support.
  • Meeting Prep & Follow-Up:

    Prepare briefing notes, agendas, and presentations; capture meeting minutes; ensure action items are tracked and completed.
  • Project & Task Management:

    Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution across teams and stakeholders.
  • Internal & External Liaison:

    Act as the bridge between the Founder, leadership team, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Confidentiality:

    Handle all sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • High-Level Client Interaction:

    Represent the Founder in communication with VIP clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Personal Assistance (as needed):

    Optimize Founders workflow by occasionally handling overlapping personal-professional tasks (e.g., events, services).

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience

    as an

    Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff

    , ideally supporting a Startup Founder, MD/Chairman, or CEO.
  • Exceptional

    organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills

    .
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and highly professional, with proven ability to manage

    confidential matters

    .
  • Tech-savvy

    : Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Notion, and task/project management tools (Asana, Trello, CRM).
  • Strong

    written and verbal communication

    with a polished, professional tone.
  • Startup mindset

    : Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-changing priorities, and wearing multiple hats.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to take complete ownership of outcomes.

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience working with

    HNIs, UHNIs, or VIP clients

  • Background in

    luxury, concierge, hospitality, lifestyle management, or event planning

  • Prior exposure to
