Job Overview:

Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand initiatives, email campaigns, and digital strategies.
• Help track marketing metrics, campaign performance, and conduct competitor analysis.
• Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and case studies.
• Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.
• Prepare and organize briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the executive.
• Coordinate logistics for board meetings, internal reviews, and external stakeholder engagements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Marketing role, with a proven track record of supporting senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of marketing, digital platforms, and branding.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and marketing tools such as 

  HubSpot, Canva, Mailchimp

  , or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
