We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to
join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in setting up and managingmeeting schedules while also possessing exceptional travel managementskills. you will play a crucial role in optimizing their daily activities and ensuring their efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting Schedule Management:
Schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring minimal scheduling
conflicts and maximum time efficiency.
Send calendar invites and reminders to attendees.
Handle rescheduling and cancellations as needed.
Travel Management:
Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and
transportation, for business trips.
Ensure that all travel plans align and meet corporate travel policies.
Provide detailed travel information, including destination information,
local contacts, and emergency procedures.
Administrative Support:
Preparing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and
records.
Handle incoming emails and correspondence
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between internal/external contacts, displaying Professionalism and excellent communication skills.
Relay messages, requests, and important information in a timely and
accurate manner.
Expense Management:
Assist in tracking and organizing expenses related to travel and
meetings.
NOTE : Timing is from 11 A.M. to 7 P.M.
Must be comfortable with Travel, frequent travel is required.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
