Executive Assistant

Aico Foods Limited invites applications for the position of Executive Assistant. Based in Ahmedabad, Aico Foods is a well-established food processing company specialising in the production of Instant Noodles, Khakhras, plant-based protein bars and powders, millet snacks, among others. The organisation has recently launched PROTIENOZ, a direct-to-consumer brand offering products from these categories.

Location: On-site at our Bavla, Ahmedabad facility

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director and senior management. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who excel in fast-paced environments, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and possess the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage calendars, coordinate online meetings, and conduct client follow-ups

·      Oversee order processing and dispatches across various e-commerce platforms and company website

·      Prepare and submit weekly sales reports for online channels

·      Monitor social media campaigns and present summarized performance reports to management

·      Assist the Maintenance Manager with technical procurement and generate purchase orders through ERP based on quotations and email communications

·      Conduct competitor brand analysis and share detailed reports

·      Liaise with vendors regarding delivery updates

·      Generate B2B leads for company products online

·      Facilitate effective communication across teams

·      Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of one year’s experience as an Executive Assistant

Skills and Abilities:

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

·      Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities

·      High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills

·      Proficient in both verbal and written English

·      Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt
