Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer at Aico Foods in Ahmedabad. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for daily equipment maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance plans, diagnosing and repairing mechanical or electrical malfunctions, ensuring machinery operates efficiently, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with the operations team to meet production targets and adhere to safety and quality standards is a key part of this role. The position also involves maintaining records of maintenance activities for compliance and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance practices
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Maintenance and related systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues effectively
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
• Previous experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry is an advantage
