Job Description

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, ensuring the CEO can focus on strategic initiatives and company leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare documents.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
    • Organize and coordinate executive team meetings.
  • Communication Management:
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Project Management:
    • Assist with special projects, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
    • Research and compile information for reports and presentations.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion:
    • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
    • Maintain the highest level of discretion in all matters.
  • Office Management:
    • Oversee office operations, including supplies and equipment.
    • Assist in the coordination of company events and functions.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
