Job Description

Looking for a motivated individual with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as an Executive - AR in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management services and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve accounts receivable issues efficiently.
Coordinate with the billing team for accurate invoicing and payment processing.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
Collaborate with the customer service team to provide excellent patient care and support.
Analyze and report on accounts receivable performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
Strong knowledge of healthcare management services and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with IT enabled services and BPO industry is an added advantage.
