Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - AR to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Trichy I, with 1-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and resolve accounts receivable issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the billing team for accurate invoicing and payment processing.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address denials and exceptions.
  • Analyze and report on accounts receivable performance metrics to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience in managing and resolving complex accounts receivable issues.
