Job Title : Executive Location : Chennai Radial Plant Reports to (Position) : Associate Manager - Engineering Department/Function : Central Engineering (Mechanical) Purpose of the Job : Responsible for troubleshooting (Mechanical) breakdowns and improving equipment reliability and Safety in tyre handling automation system Major Responsibilities : Breakdown troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, countermeasure implementation & capturing in software (MaintWiz). To take up CLIT activities as per schedule in shifts BBS observation compliance Ensure 5S in individual zones. Participation in improvement activities like Kaizen, QCC and innovation programs Skills : Preventive maintenance - mechanical. Basic knowledge in lubrication / bearing / shaft / gear / pneumatic & servo assemblies. Work at height safety. Basic maintenance of conveyors & robots. Relevant Experience : 2-4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in leading process / engineering / automobile / tire manufacturing industries. Educational Qualification(s) : BE/B.Tech in Mechanical.
