The Executive Advisor provides high-level strategic guidance and professional advice to senior leadership or executive teams. The role focuses on supporting business decision-making, improving organizational effectiveness, and driving long-term growth through data-driven insights, leadership counsel, and operational expertise. Key Responsibilities:Advise senior executives on key business strategies, challenges, and decision-making. Conduct research and analysis to support executive initiatives and strategic planning. Provide recommendations to improve business performance, efficiency, and profitability. Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team on critical organizational matters. Prepare executive reports, presentations, and policy briefs for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives. Monitor industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscapes to guide business strategy. Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, investors, and partners. Ensure alignment of business operations with organizational goals and values. Support leadership in communication, governance, and stakeholder management. Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of experience in senior advisory, strategy, or executive management roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proven experience working closely with senior executives or corporate boards. High level of professionalism, discretion, and business acumen.
