Executive Administration Officer

Role & responsibilities

Human Resources (HR):

• Handle recruitment and onboarding for plant-level roles (coordination with agencies, shortlisting, interviews, induction).
• Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, HRIS updates).
• Support payroll inputs by collating attendance, overtime, and leave data.
• Manage statutory compliance records (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) in coordination with the HR team.
• Conduct employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and grievance handling.
• Assist in performance appraisal process and training coordination at plant level.
• Support contract labour management, ensuring documentation and compliance.
  

Administration:

• Manage plant-level administrative functions such as housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and guest arrangements.
• Vendor management for facility services (housekeeping, security, cafeteria, etc.).
• Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure (stationery, utilities, repairs, and maintenance).
• Coordinate health & safety awareness initiatives in collaboration with the EHS team.
• Liaison with local authorities, if required, for statutory and administrative purposes.
• Budget monitoring and cost control for admin-related expenses.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in

  HR & Administration

  at a manufacturing/plant setup.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.
• Experience in employee engagement, payroll support, and admin functions.
