Executive - Admin Support

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Admin Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and be able to provide top-notch support to our executives.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.


• Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings with precision.


• Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.


• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation as needed.


• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


• Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document scanning, and report preparation.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.


• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.


• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
