Executive - Accounts Payable

Performs a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties with highest level of integrity according to established policies and procedures. Maintains contact with, staff, vendors and clients and observes confidentiality of client and organisation (Cargomen) matters.

• Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices.
• Enter invoices accurately into the system for timely payment.
• Create vendor accounts and generate purchase bills in the accounting software.
• Ensure correct accounting of GST/TDS input credits wherever applicable.
• Manage cheque runs and maintain proper payment records.
• Maintain updated lists of payables and support general ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit monthly payables reports to the Functional Lead and Branch Manager.
• Organize and maintain systematic filing and documentation.
• Ensure proper management of vendor credit and related aspects.
• Perform additional clerical or related duties as required.

Support statutory, internal, and other audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
