Executive - Accounts Payable

As a part of ANSR, your role involves establishing and maintaining a governance process to ensure accurate cost recognition and adherence to contracts, purchase requests, and purchase orders. You will be responsible for maintaining documentation and information in formats that enable reporting to internal management and investors. Additionally, you will establish a month-close process, record accounting entries, and transactions as part of period close activities. Your duties will also include vendor and stakeholder management, asset management such as CWIP management, FAR, depreciation, and asset retirement, as well as managing month-end schedules and query resolution. You will be required to prepare schedules for audits and resolve queries related to vendor and asset management. Moreover, you should take the lead in new projects and software enhancements. Qualifications required for this role include holding an MBA in Finance or being a Commerce Graduate with expertise in accounting. You should have a working knowledge of local Indian financial reporting and tax compliance requirements. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential. Additionally, you must demonstrate maturity in handling confidential information, possess good communication skills, be able to work with multiple stakeholders, and exhibit a high degree of ownership.,
