Executive Accounts

Your Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Import Invoice posting in SAP – MIR6 under EDI process & MIRO (Approx 8.5 Cr per month and 110 Cr + yearly) (150 invoice per month)
  • Vendor Invoice booking (PO Based)
  • Non-PO based Purchase invoice Booking in SAP (Invoice Below Rs.2500), (Ameesh, Shreenath, Rana etc.)
  • Taxi Invoice booking & Transport invoice booking, Air Freight Invoice booking etc.
  • Clearing Agent’s invoice booking., Forex purchase & Sales Invoice Booking, Bank Charge Invoice booking
  • Employee Claim (Laptop Bag, Entertainment, Gift, Mobile Pur, etc.)
  • Issue of debit note & credit note, Vendor reconciliation
  • Coordination with Various Departments and the staff members for smooth execution of job
  • Ability to perform tasks independently following group and Indian accounting standard & norms and tax regulations
  • A team player in accounts function

Required skills & expertise:

1. Required skills & expertise (max. 9, functional, professional expertise, technological problem-solving)

  • SAP accounting knowledge is must & versed with MS office.
  • Reading and understanding of vendor invoices, PAN No, GST No, Oerlikon PO No, Date of Invoice, Nature of Job & material in line with Oerlikon PO or not, Material and or Job approved by our department or not, year of accounting, digitally signed or not, MIGO is done or not, payment terms, GST on hold while accounting & coordination for release, Invoices are properly approved or not
  • Reasonable knowledge of TDS, GST – ITC credit,
  • Coordinating with Head Office for GST Assessment and Income Tax Assessment
  • Inter- departmental co-ordination for smooth accounting function and resolving queries & issues
  • Experience in handling Statutory & Internal audits
  • Experience in proper accounting and taking ownership for accuracy

Required Education, experience, knowledge:

  • Bachelor of Commerce / Master of Commerce from reputed college Or University
  • Experience 5-10 years +
  • Experience in Accounts function is must
