Exe. & Manager-Marketplace Reconciliation Retail Brand-Andheri

Role & responsibilities

• Handled Marketplace (B2C) reconciliation for Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart and Meesho etc.
• Managing day-to-day financial operations of E-Commerce business in compliance with the established standards and procedures.
• Reconcile invoices for E-Commerce shipments and review discrepancies or irregularities in records, statements or documented transactions.
• Outstanding Follow-up: Manage and oversee follow-up activities for outstanding payments with key customers such
  as LFS, INSTITUION, DEALER & DISTRIBUTOR, and others including Lifestyle Customer Reconciliation: Perform quarterly reconciliation of accounts for LFS, INSTITUION, DEALER & DISTRIBUTORcustomers, ensuring discrepancies are resolved and obtaining sign-off from relevant stakeholders. > Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit weekly outstanding and collection reports to the Head of Department(HOD) and Director, highlighting key metrics and outstanding balances.
• Marketplace sales posting and RTV posting on daily basis and reconcile on weekly basis.
• Collections handling for all channel partners & working on outstanding dues to get the payment faster & books to be clean.
• Following with Partners for Reconciliation sign off.
• Commission validation & booking of all the expenses in ERP. Ensuring charges levied by platforms are correct and recovering the excess charges from the platforms by regular follow up.
• Coordination with warehouse for the returns received on timely basis and raising claims and keeping track of Claims

Required skills:

• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and draw accurate conclusions. 
• Familiarity with various marketplace seller interfaces, data extraction tools, and spreadsheet software (Excel). 
• Ability to identify the root cause of issues and develop effective solutions. 
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve issues.
