Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with office vendors (stationery, office supplies, etc.)
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office items
  • Prepare and release offer letters
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support HR policies and compliance
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general office support
  • Organize virtual team activities and engagement programs


What We’re Looking For:

  • Years of experience in HR / office administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with HR processes and documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
