Exchange Coordinator

1. Customer Interaction & Lead Handling

Attend to customers interested in exchanging their old two-wheeler for a new TVS model.

Explain the exchange process, benefits, and available exchange schemes.

Capture customer details and old vehicle information accurately.

2. Vehicle Evaluation

Conduct initial inspection of the customer's old two-wheeler.

Assess the vehicle's condition, registration details, and market value.

Coordinate with used vehicle dealers or platforms (like TVS "TVP" or third-party buyers) for valuation.

3. Dealer/Buyer Coordination

Maintain relationships with local used two-wheeler dealers or vehicle procurement agents.

Share photos, registration documents, and condition reports with them to get the best quotes.

Negotiate resale value to support a better exchange offer for the customer.

4. Documentation & Process Compliance

Ensure accurate documentation of the old vehicle (RC, insurance, ID proof, etc.).

Assist in ownership transfer process if required.

Maintain records of all exchange deals completed.

5. Sales Support

Work closely with the sales team to help close deals involving vehicle exchange.

Provide timely valuation inputs and clarify customer doubts regarding old vehicle pricing.

Ensure exchange discounts or bonuses (if any) are applied as per TVS schemes.

6. Reporting & Data Maintenance

Maintain daily and monthly reports of exchange enquiries, conversions, and valuation status.

Track exchange-to-sale conversion ratio and share updates with the Sales Manager.

Analyze trends in old vehicle brands, models, and resale values.

7. Event & Campaign Participation

Support exchange campaigns, finance-cum-exchange melas, and showroom events.

Arrange display of used vehicles or exchange banners during promotional activities.

8. Customer Satisfaction

Ensure smooth and transparent handling of the exchange process.

Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and referral potential.

Resolve any concerns related to the old vehicle pickup or payment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
