We are seeking a detail-oriented Excel & Google Forms Data Specialist to support data management tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Forms, and experienced with third-party software tools to process, organize, and analyze data efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets with accurate formulas, pivot tables, charts, and reports
Design and manage Google Forms for surveys, data collection, and feedback
Integrate data from multiple sources into Excel and cloud systems
Use third-party tools for data cleaning, validation, and automation
Generate weekly/monthly data reports for management
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Troubleshoot data issues and improve workflow processes

Qualifications:

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros preferred)
Experience with Google Forms and Google Sheets
Knowledge of third-party tools (Zapier, Power BI, Airtable, etc.) is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
Strong communication skills
Prior data entry or analytics experience preferred
