Role & responsibilities

1. Order and Sample Management Process Optimization

Sample Order Processing
&
Order Management
Follow Up Order Management:
Implement and manage the process for tracking and converting initial inquiries/samples into full-scale purchase orders.

2. Product Data, Costing,

BOM Management (Bill of Materials):
integration to ensure the accuracy and control of all Bills of Materials.
Cost Sheet Generation:
Collaborate with the Finance and Manufacturing departments to maintain product costing accuracy.
Validate the
Total Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
calculation to support accurate pricing and gross profit margin analysis.
Render & Document Control:
Administer the system's Document Management features for visual product data.

Manage the process for
Render Uploading
and linking high-resolution visual files (3D Renders, exploded views, technical drawings) to the product master record for use by
Quality Control
,
Sales/Marketing

Preferred candidate profile

HSC / Graduate
3+ years of experience
as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or ERP Consultant, with a focus on
Order Management, Inventory
Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems
Expertise in defining and documenting
BOM
and
Costing
structures.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
