Events Executive

You will be responsible for ensuring staff work together as a team, inspecting grooming and attire of staff, and rectifying any deficiencies. Additionally, you will communicate with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met. You will respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements and set up banquet areas/rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment. Your key responsibilities will include assisting management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. You will develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals, and follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. It will be your duty to report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager, complete safety training and certifications, and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
