Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Events Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and event coordination, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and layouts.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and event planning principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
