Events Coordinator

Role Overview: As a member of the team, your primary focus will be to assist in curating the initial group of influencers for The Social Club. This role requires a combination of digital outreach skills and the ability to coordinate in-person events, making it an excellent fit for individuals who are actively engaged on Instagram and have a genuine interest in nightlife. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to selected micro and mid-level influencers via direct messages and emails. - Manage the onboarding process for influencers, including gathering necessary information via screenshots and facilitating an invite-only workflow. - Organize and execute the exclusive launch event, while also documenting influencer bios, partnerships, and user-generated content using Airtable. Qualifications Required: - Genuine enthusiasm for influencer marketing and either fashion or events. - Strong communication skills, especially in the context of Instagram direct messaging etiquette. - Candidates with existing connections to local influencers will be given special consideration.
