Events Coordinator

Job Summary

We are hiring Events Operations Executives for one of our clients, to support end-to-end event coordination, from space bookings and branding to inventory and gifting. This is a hands-on, dynamic role suited for professionals with a background in hospitality, events, or hotel operations who are ready to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for events including conference room bookings, branding, and on-site gifting
• Interact with clients to understand and fulfill their requirements
• Manage inventory and ensure timely event setup
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution
• Support on-ground operations and be flexible for late working hours on event days

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, or event management
• Degree or diploma in hotel management, hospitality, or events preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel when needed
• Working Hours
• Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
• Must be flexible for late nights during events
