Events and Banquet Manager

We are looking for a skilled Events and Banquet Manager to join our team at Arlo Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing events and banquets.

• Coordinate and plan all aspects of events and banquets, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services.
• Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Analyze event feedback and evaluate success metrics to improve future events.

• Proven experience in events and banquet management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of event planning, coordination, and evaluation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with event management software and technology.
